First Step in Achieving Professional Alignment

Achieving professional alignment is a journey that involves self-discovery, exploration, and sometimes, trial and error (we call that the Winding Path, but we’ll talk about that later).

 The first thing you can do is start by evaluating your skills, interests, and values. This is the work we do in Introspection of the IDEAS Framework. Tools like personality tests and career assessments can provide valuable insights into what roles might suit you best. You also need to do a skills assessment.  Reflecting on those questions we talked about in the last blog post for identifying your core skills and how they ladder up to a job.
